Where we work
Areas we cover across Sussex
From the Peacehaven clifftop to the Weald at Horsham, and over the border to Petersfield. Fifteen towns with a startling range of roofing conditions between them — so rather than one page with the names swapped, each of these says what we actually find there.
Exposure across the county
The same house needs a different roof depending where it stands
This is the scale we use on every survey and in the roof exposure check. It runs from sheltered inland valleys through to front-line coastal positions where every slate has to be mechanically fixed.

On the map
If you are in Sussex, you are almost certainly in range
The ten pages above are the places we work most. They are not a boundary — if you are somewhere between them, ring and ask. We do not add travel to a quote because of where you live in the county.

Coverage questions
Before you ring
Do you charge extra to travel across the county?
No. This is a compact patch and we are on it every day. The quote covers the work; where you are in the county does not change the price.
Can you get to properties with difficult access?
Usually, yes. Narrow lanes, courts and steps are normal here — a great deal of the older stock in Petworth and the Brighton lanes cannot be reached by a lorry at all. We plan access as part of the survey rather than discovering it on the morning.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the week and on how urgent the job is. Active water ingress and storm damage jump the queue — say so when you call. For planned work we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
